In Shaanxi, 92 octane gasoline is 7.33 yuan/liter, 95 octane gasoline is 7.74 yuan/liter, 98 octane gasoline is 10.16 yuan/liter, and 0 diesel is 6.99 yuan/liter. In Ningxia, 92 octane gasoline is 7.34 yuan/liter, 95 octane gasoline is 7.76 yuan/liter, 98 octane gasoline is 8.86 yuan/liter, and 0 diesel is 6.98 yuan/liter. As of 24:00 on December 18, there will be no adjustment to domestic refined oil prices: Based on recent changes in international market oil prices and according to the current refined oil price formation mechanism, there will be no adjustment to domestic gasoline and diesel prices (standard products) this time. The last adjustment of domestic refined oil prices was on November 6, when domestic gasoline and diesel were reduced by 145 yuan and 140 yuan per ton, respectively. On November 20, there was no adjustment to domestic refined oil prices.
This year, the domestic retail price of refined oil ended with no changes. On December 18, the National Development and Reform Commission announced that since the adjustment of domestic refined oil prices on December 4, 2024, international oil prices have fluctuated. According to the current domestic refined oil price mechanism, the average price in the 10 working days before December 18 compared to the average price in the 10 working days before December 4 showed a price adjustment amount of less than 50 yuan per ton. According to Article 7 of the 'Petroleum Price Management Measures', there will be no adjustment to gasoline and diesel prices this time, and the unadjusted amount will be accumulated or offset in the next price adjustment. Before the next round of refined oil price adjustments, fuel costs for residents driving and logistics transportation will remain unchanged.
